Public website and directory privacy

Information shown publicly

B4SF may publish professional profile information, company information, event participation, and approved media when appropriate permission has been obtained. Buying a ticket alone does not authorize a public profile.

Information kept private

Private email addresses, phone numbers, payment and billing data, ticket prices, internal notes, and private registration answers are not intended for public directory pages.

Profiles and corrections

Published profiles can be reviewed, corrected, hidden, or archived. A future operational contact process must be established before collecting public profile submissions.

Event registration

Registration and payments may be handled by third-party services such as Luma, Meetup, or Eventbrite. Their privacy practices apply when you use their services.

Website analytics

On public pages, B4SF may use Google Analytics after you choose “Allow analytics.” The analytics tag does not load before that choice, and advertising storage remains disabled. Measurement may include page views, broad link categories, content type, scroll milestones, active-time milestones, device and browser information, and general acquisition information. B4SF does not intentionally send form values, email addresses, phone numbers, private dashboard activity, or private CRM data to Google Analytics.

Your analytics choice

Your choice is saved in this browser. You can review or change it at any time through “Analytics preferences” in the site footer. Declining analytics does not limit access to the public site.

This website may link to external sites. When you follow a link to an event or another organization, that provider’s privacy practices apply. Event registration and payment remain outside B4SF.com.
